What is Sakshi?
Sakshi (साक्षी, "witness") is the governance layer for AI agents. It registers every
agent, witnesses every decision on a tamper-evident chain, bounds what agents can do on their own, and
generates regulator-mapped evidence, all inside your own environment.
Is Sakshi an AI model?
No. Sakshi is not another model or another dashboard; it is the accountable record
beneath the agents and models you already run. It sits alongside them and captures what they do.
Do I have to rewrite my agents?
No. Wrap your calls with the Python SDK in a few lines, put an un-instrumentable agent
behind the zero-code gateway, or add the MCP server to any MCP host. See the

Is it only for banking and financial services?
No. The same governance spine applies to any sector running agents. Our coverage is
deepest in BFSI today, and carries across to healthcare, government, and enterprise. See

Deployment & security
Where does Sakshi run?
Single-tenant, inside your environment: your VPC or cloud, on-premise or air-gapped, or
Rota-managed in an India region for teams without a platform crew. See

Can Rotavision see my data?
No. Sakshi is single-tenant and runs in your environment. We never see your evidence and
could not hand it over if compelled. Personal identifiers are tokenized before anything is stored.
Where is my data stored?
Where you deploy it, and it stays there. India residency is the default. The deployment
model is the privacy model.
Can an auditor verify the evidence without trusting you?
Yes. The chain recomputes every hash on demand, so anyone can confirm integrity
independently. Tamper with a single field and the chain says exactly where. See the

Regulatory
Which regulations does Sakshi map to?
RBI model risk management, the DPDP Act, SEBI Regulation 16C, and IRDAI, encoded as
clause maps and scored against your live evidence. Adding an instrument is adding a map, not rebuilding

Will Sakshi make me RBI MRM-ready?
Sakshi maps the RBI draft model-risk-management directions to live evidence and scores
you against them, so the day the final rules publish you already know where you stand. An honest gap you
can close beats a green box you cannot defend.
